ExercisAbilities is excited introduce Danielle Tazic, our Pediatric Therapeutic Recreation Therapist. Danielle graduated from Minnesota State University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology. Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in different sports activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Danielle will be leading one of our new pediatric programs, Fit 4Play! Fit 4Play, also known as Therapeutic Play or Play Therapy, is now open for registration. Fit 4 Play is a functional small group program based on Autism Fitness Theory. Fit 4 Play provides your child opportunities to practice social and emotional skill with peers in an inclusive and safe environment while having fun and being active. Children will play, run, jump, take turns, communicate, complete fine motor crafts, sensory exploration and more while being positively supported for the unique challenges that may make play difficult form them at home or at school.
Fit 4 Play promotes your children’s development in areas such as:
- Social Development
- Emotional Development
- Fitness & Coordination
We are thrilled to offer a variety of age groups, times, and formats for Fit 4 Play including small group or 1 on 1. Register on our website or call 507-259-7570 with any questions!
We also have openings in our children’s social skills camp in August! Don’t miss this great opportunity for your child to grow and learn with friends!
