ExercisAbilities offers many effective and evidence-based programs to help your employees, high school health class, mental health groups, church groups, group home residents, and more to learn how to make healthier choices in physical activity, stress reduction, and nutrition to live healthier and more active lives. EA’s “Healthy Choices for Healthier Lives” Course is based on the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program and KidShape 2.0.  It is 18 hours that can be fit into 4 months of  14-16 weekly sessions.  Our nutrition and exercise specialists will come to you and schedule a time that is convenient for your group.


Health Education for Active Living

Group Size: 12-24 people

Call for pricing.  Our program delivers 16 hours over 3 – 4 months (depending on if you can do 2 times a week or 1 time a week).  Classes can be 1-1.5 hours,  depending on the topic.

$100/hour session – Our professional staff can teach on many topics to assist with your training needs. Included topics: Transfer Training, Helping Your Resident Exercise, Food Prep Safety, How To Make a Healthy Meal, Protect Your Back, and many other self-care rehabilitation and health coaching based topics. The course will include educational handouts and competency. (Payment in full due prior or on arrival of instructor)
